Abstract Vaccination is simple, safe and an effective way of protecting people against harmful diseases, before coming into contact with them. This study was aimed in assessing the challenges faced in immunization among 100 parents with under-five children during covid-19. A cross sectional, descriptive research was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by self- administration method, using Google forms through WhatsApp and e-mail. The results revealed that 47% of parents faced moderate level of challenges, 35% faced high challenges, 16% faced minimum challenges and only 2% had no challenges (mean= 48.99 ±11.81). The study concluded that, most of the parents of under-five children faced moderate challenges when immunizing their children during covid-19.
