Abstract Exercise is crucial for pregnant women to strengthen their abdominal muscles and lower their risk of back pain. A study to assess the Effect of Pelvic Tilt Exercise among pregnant Mothers at selected setting, Tirupur. Quasi experimental Design was adopted and 60 in III trimester antenatal mothers, who were selected by non-probability purposive sampling technique. Visual analoge pain scale was used to assess the level of pain for both control and experimental groups. Analysis revealed that the level of pain was lower in experimental group. Hence it was inferred that sitting pelvic tilt exercise was effective in reducing the level of back pain during third trimester among antenatal mothers in experimental group.
