Abstract Childhood obesity is associated with family variables and the lifestyle of children are mostly controlled by their parents. This study aimed to assess the level of knowledge among 30 parents in maintaining weight of virtual learners during this pandemic. Online classes to investigate the relationship between parental knowledge and managing their child's bodyweight. Information regarding parental knowledge about the body weight and the management of their children during online classes using self-administered questionnaire were completed with their parents. The results revealed that 23% of them had adequate Knowledge, 77% had moderately adequate Knowledge and none of them had inadequate knowledge. Top Keywords Virtual learners, Pandemic. Top |
