It has been observed that farmers have a lower habit of keeping records, which may be because they find the process to be difficult and do not recognize its effectiveness. Records are a progress indicator, a diagnostic tool for detecting strengths and shortcomings, and a planning tool for farming operations that are increasingly becoming business-oriented. The goal of the study was to create modules for farm record keeping. The recording of farm-related data substantially facilitates the resolution of a farmer's financial issues. For the study, data from 230 Nepalese respondents (125 extension workers and 105 farmers) for several geographical regions, including the Mountain, Hills, and Terai, were gathered using Google forms using a simple random technique. The comments and advice offered by the respondents was compiled and thoroughly examined. This study provides information on the farm recordkeeping module.
