Abstract This paper introduces This application enables to develop the project as the existing application's does not take Noun's Or can't understand the Contact Names properly of particular Nationality, We have come with an idea of calling at least to the regular TOP 10 callers we contact every day in our Daily life. So Initially before starting the application we need to insert the Contacts according to the preference say ranking from 1 to 10. So to those particular numbers the Contacts are assigned, and also sending SMS, listening music, watching videos and surfing net. We use android application development interfaces (SDK) and Eclipse IDE, and develop voice command on application. Users expect highly effective, efficient solutions that are likable and quickly learned. The main purpose of the project is to get the voice action ready with our key words.
