Online published on 24 October, 2013. Abstract The main aim of the current study is to investigate the relationship between job enrichment and organizational commitment. Statistical population of this research includes 250 employees of 20 manufacturing companies in Iran. After distributing questionnaires among respondents, 235 usable questionnaires were selected for analysis. The research method used in this study is descriptive correlation; and data were analyzed with LISREL. Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling were used for factor analysis. The results of this study show that job enrichment has a significant positive influence on organizational commitment of employees. Therefore, managers of organizations can improve the commitment of employees by enriching their jobs. In this regard, the five dimensions of job enrichment are important issues need to be considered by managers, to achieve competitive advantages through employees.
