Online published on 24 October, 2013. Abstract The aim of the present study is to analyze the relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational innovation. This research is a survey and was conducted in 20 manufacturing companies of Tehran. 300 questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population (all employees) and 280 usable questionnaires were returned. The research method of this study is descriptive correlation and analyses were carried out with LISREL. The findings show that organizational learning has a significant positive influence on organizational innovation. The results of the present paper provide further insight, for managers and business owners, on improving the capability of organizations contribute to improving organizational innovation.
