Abstract This correlational and cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the impact of Frailty and Death Anxiety on the Quality of Life ofrandomly selected 120 elderly, ages varying from 60 years and above residing in the Delhi-NCR Region. Tilburg Frailty Indicator, Death Anxiety Questionnaire, and World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire-8 were used to collect data. Statistical Analysis was performed with the help of Jamovi, Version 2.3.21. The results revealed that there exists a strong negative correlation between Frailty levels and Quality of Life (r=-O. 822, p<. 001) and a weak negative correlation between Death Anxiety and Quality of Life among the elderly (r=-0.22, p=0.815). Also, Females are having high levels of frailty in comparison to males. However, no significant differences exist in older adult's quality of life with and without a spouse.Based on present findings it may be concluded that frailty is a predictor of quality of life, whereas death anxiety is not. As a result, interventions to reduce frailty levels among the elderly and to enhance the quality of life in older adults can be proposed.
