Abstract When India had accepted the stand of liberalization and globalization, there was strong opposition to this move, but in the later period, it has been proved that it was the need of the hour. We have seen a huge increase in foreign investment in the last 28 years. By January 2014 no doubt it is expected that the foreign investment would be doubled in the existing investment of 30 thousand crores.
