Abstract

Self-management calls for the discovery of one's true self and integration of diverse elements of personality. It requires as responsible and discrete making of choices, better, progressive and positive thinking. Every temptation that is resisted, every noble aspiration that is encouraged, every negative thought that is thrown out and every bitter word that is withheld and jettisoned adds its little item to the impetus of that great movement which is bearing humanity towards a richer life and higher character.
