Online published on 20 June, 2014. Abstract Lateral facial cleft is one of the rare entities. The lateral mouth deformity is generally an indicator of Tessier's cleft 7. The repair of the lateral or transverse facial cleft is a surgical challenge on the account of the abnormal positioning and appearance of the cleft. In this report, a case of bilateral Tessier's cleft 7, surgical construction of muscle at the modiolus and appositional cutaneous z-plasty has been done on both side.
