Abstract Encroachment of edentulous spaces by the drifting of adjacent teeth is a common observation when the space is left unrestored by a suitable prosthesis for a prolonged period of time. Morphogenic restorations can be very effective in delivering better restorative health care in cases with compromised edentulous spaces due to drifting of adjacent teeth, when orthodontic repositioning is not clinically feasible.
