ABSTRACT

The study is an attempt to examine the use of library resources and services among postgraduate students in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli Library. Questionnaire was used as the core research instrument. 75 copies of the questionnaire were circulated to the students; the return rate was 68%. The major findings were; majority of the postgraduate students use the library regularly. Their main purpose of visiting the library is to consult research materials. They used more internet sources and their major challenge was lack of time. They were also satisfied with the library services. Suggestions were offered to improve the library services
