As an emerging discipline, Web engineering actively promotes systematic, disciplined and quantifiable approaches towards successful development of high-quality, ubiquitously usable web-based systems and applications. Here we deal with Web Requirements Modeling Disciplines that is the business process for application on the Web. The central idea is that rather than developing many individual applications, to develop a common model for business applications and automatically generate the applications from the instance values that is object specification of the model given by the user. In this paper, we have proposed a novel design model called S-Model which is used for designing web based software using Service-Oriented applications. We provide a model driven approach that makes a clear separation of the various phases of requirement analysis, design and maintenances concerns in the web development process. Our method includes a step where the components are evaluated and in this step we introduce mechanisms that allow us to specify and include external services (by means of a service model).
