Abstract Presentation of a rare case of nonsyndromic idiopathic gingival fibromatosis in association with localized aggressive periodontitis in a female patient of 20 years age, who displayed a massive, gingival engorgement associated with Localized Aggressive Periodontitis surrounding the left premolars and molars in the mouth.
