Abstract

With a motto of “Friendly to nature and prosperity to the community”, the dam construction places particular emphasis on environment-conscious efforts such as adoption of the cemented sand and gravel (CSG) method, which allows efficient use of resources and material saving, and promotion of tree planting on slopes.
