Change of time is on fire and so is its business environment. Section I reveals the different changes that are resulted because of technology and how does a technology make its impact in business and industry. Author has made an insight into all aspects of organization which include affect of social and psychological surroundings at work place, mapping work design with psychological costs and devising the tools for measuring progress of people towards their goals.

Section II highlights the interrelation of individual personality with job at work. The relationship of work 0ob) with individual (Employee) always attracts major interest of all manager of business houses and is a most demanded area of study & research. A very scientific efforts have been made in explaining this relationship keeping in view the impact of various human's emotional states and social psychological settings both at work & non-work.

Section III explains how does one can increase willingness to work & strive satisfaction by mapping various job's characteristics with attitudes of job holder which could create a fit between job & it's holder and further could prove its excellence in present context.

Section IV, author has devoted sincere efforts in describing roles of work groups at work, developing Team-Sprit and factors influencing, developing effective leadership for managing change & innovations.

Overall it has been realized that this book is no doubt a unique one and author has not only made sincere efforts but scientific too in explaining various aspects of organizational behaviour in technological perspective.

Hence, the justification of this book can easily be judged by seeing the presentation style that author has following in each chapter. Which results to the readers in understanding the concept and easily conviniently.

I am sure that this book will definitely be help to all academicians, students and even practicing managers in understanding various principles that governs and organizational behaviour in a noval technology prespective.
