This led to suspension of classes in all institutes and medical education was no exception. Most of the institutes had quickly adapted to the online classes so also medical schools. Aims and Objectives: To know the perception of students’ towards online classes with an objective to implement it in curriculum in future or make required changes for students’ benefit. Methods and Materials: It is a questionnaire based cross sectional study. To know the perception of the students, questionnaires were prepared, validated and administered via Google forms to the students. Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS software. Results: In this study the students agreed that they were worried about their studies, so were satisfied in participating in online classes organised by institute. They also agreed that online classes had limitations so once the pandemic is over, teaching learning should be as before but online classes could be implemented in the curriculum along with the conventional traditional methods. Conclusion: Students were benefited and satisfied by participating in the online classes but online classes have limitations. Top Keywords COVID-19 pandemic, Medical education, Online classes. Top |
