Abstract In the twenty-first century, balancing one's personal and professional lives is not only challenging, but also essential for leading a better and more fulfilling life. In this age of technology and knowledge, the present generation is constantly seeking significance in both their personal and professional life, and they are especially constantly looking for job profiles that may inspire them. The most current organizational aim is to satisfy their corporate culture while maintaining the spiritual competency of each employee. The goal of the current study is to better understand the connection between employee consciousness and work life balance in the IT sector. The main objective of present study is examining employee consciousness as an enabler for balancing work and life. Both primary and secondary data are used in the investigation. Purposive sampling of 272 respondents from the IT industry in India has been used to collect primary data through a structured questionnaire. Regression analyses have been performed on the data. A marginally significant correlation between employee consciousness and work life balance has been found by researchers. The results suggest that in order to build a positive behavioral intervention that is successful in an organizational setting, it would be ideal to revitalize both components simultaneously. Consciousness will help employees explore what it takes to reach a more sustainable work-life balance. Top Keywords Employee consciousness, Work Life Balance, Indian IT Industry. Top |
