Online published on 22 April, 2024. Abstract Road traffic accidents, poisoning and animal bites are important part of medico legal cases coming to a health care centre. This paper presents the poisoning cases brought to Kamineni hospital L.B Nagar, Hyderabad during the span of 2 years (2020 & 2021). The cases were analysed for various epidemiological parameters. The large numbers of people involved are between 21-30 years. Most cases are of agricultural poisons, followed by drug overdose. Most of the cases are seen in the month of February and May.
