Studies on the Requirement of Weedfree Maintenance in Soybean1 Bhan V. M., Associate Professor, Singh Megh, Instructor, Maurya R. A., Research Assistant Pantnagar, Nainital 1Contribution from Department of Agronomy, College of Agriculture. U.P. Agricultural University, Abstract Soybean (Glycine max.) grown for three years from 1968 to 1970 produced maximum yield when kept weedfree upto 30 days after sowing. Keeping land weedfree longer than this did not increase the grain yield significantly. Weeds reemerged in plots kept weedfree up to 15 days after sowing. Top | |
