Abstract The study develops a framework to find out the investment opportunities for the real estate business in the region of Delhi NCR. Using analytical hierarchy process, we find the factors that affect the real estate business are number of projects launch, increased demand of residential units and the influence of the governmental policies. Besides, the study also prioritizes the different sub regions of Delhi NCR in terms of real estate market growth. On the policy front, the study can bring immense opportunities to the investors/buyers by providing them an in-depth analysis of each sub region corresponding to their specific investment opportunity.
