A Study on Molding Women Entrepreneurship Depends on Influential Factors for Female Graduates at Jharkhand

Abstract

It has been proposed by Weeks (2007) that women-led business can make a huge commitment to the economy. US statistics have demonstrated that in the last 20 years women owned business have developed at a rate of about two to one of the other business, and, curiously, have made to a imperative effect on job opportunities and income consumption than is really recommended by these figures (Center for Women's Business Research, 2007). Allen, Langowitz, Elam and Dean (2007) additionally substantiated the significance of female entrepreneurial action on financial advancement, discovering interest in female enterprise a vital route for a nation to exponentially build the effect of new pursuit creation. Besides, they noted ladies are more disposed to impart the advantages increased through business enterprise to individuals from their family and the more extensive group. In this study examination of the factors influencing entrepreneurship intention of female graduate students and the student's attitude towards entrepreneurship education has been identified and analyzed. The data analysis techniques mainly descriptive analysis using percentages, tables and graphs deployed. While for inferential statistics distribution based analysis for nominal data type like ANOVA, and chi-square were used to test the statistically significant difference (independency) of variables, impacts of independent variables on dependent variable. The primary data collected are analyzed by using the SPSS Package version 21.00, and the following statistical tools were employed to obtain torrent of results concerning the objectives of the study. They are ANOVA and graphical representation analysis. For survey for this study, we used 100 respondents from 5 institutions in Jharkhand. At the outset, it is concluded that there is a significant and positive influence over the extent of influence of different factors influencing the women entrepreneurs and significant relationship among graduate female student's attitude towards entrepreneurship education.
