Abstract Performing the daily routines by the bank employees as well as the financial service providing canters does not lead them to survive or develop in the present extremely competitive environment. Therefore, there is a great need for extra role behaviors. For that matter, the current research surveys the causative relations between organizational justice, psychological empowerment, job involvement, and organizational citizenship behavior. We surveyed 177 employees of Bank by means of questionnaires. Confirmatory factor analysis was used in order to determine the validity of the research; in addition, path analysis was used to survey the hypotheses of the research. All the hypotheses of the research were accepted according to their significant figure except for the relation between the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.
