Abstract Due to the increasing role and importance of knowledge workers in organizations and the vital role that they play in promoting the national production level, the present study has been done, aiming at “measuring organizational factors’ impacts on the improvement of knowledge workers productivity” with a descriptive-quantitative methodology. 90 experts in the Staff Department of Shiraz Industrial City were selected though a census and answered the questionnaires. And the reliability had been confirmed by Cronbrach's alpha coefficient. One-sample T-test and Freidman test were used for data analysis. The T-test results indicated that all the human variables (i.e. partnership, motivation, instruction, and organizational communication) were effective in enhancing knowledge workers productivity in Shiraz Industrial City. Showing the respondents’ replies significance, T-test results ranked the organizational factors priority in the following order: motivation, partnership, instruction, and organizational communication.
