Online published on 19 July, 2016. Abstract Bioefficacy of botanicals and microbial insecticides was evaluated against aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover on coriander during Rabi 2011–12 and 2012–13. All the treatments were significantly superior to the untreated check. Among the tested biopesticides, neem oil (0.3%), Neem Azal-T/S 1 EC @ 0.0006 per cent and Gronim 0.30 EC @ 0.0006 per cent effectively managed the pest. The effectiveness was also reflected on yield of coriander seeds. The lowest (413 kg/ha) yield was obtained from ardusi leaf extract, which was at par with Verticillium lecanii (438.3 kg/ha) and Metarhizium anisopliae (453 kg/ha) treated plots.
