Adolescents do not master full control over emotions. They get influenced by people very easily. Teachers at school play an important and appropriate role in the life of their students by providing them with accurate information about their puberty and development, and help them to identify their conflict and way to deal with it.

Study Tools included were-1) Socio-demographic scale 2) Structured questionnaire 3) Structured teaching program.

Results

The mean pre-test knowledge of teachers was 22.32 with standard deviation of 2.93, whereas mean post-test knowledge of teachers was 32 with standard deviation of 3.2. This findings were statistically significant at 0.05 level of significance (t = 29.51* at p<0.05 level, Paired t-test) and Chi-square findings revealed that the association between post-test knowledge and selected demographic variables of teachers such as age (χ2 = 7.89, df=3) and area of expertise (χ 2 =6.79, df=2) were statistically significant at 0.05% level of significance.
