We have received 50 Google forms by Research scholars after the analysis we found that age wise 30 male and 20 female respondents. The age-wise analysis is below 30 years 20, 40 Years above 10, Subject-wise social science with 15 research scholars maximum subject, all research scholars use the Internet, Frequency of use internet daily use 35 respondent. 80 % Purpose of digital information resources is to write papers for publication, 80 % of research scholars agree to location Home use of accessing digital information, and 40% of research scholars use the website for their work and research. Of the awareness of digital resources and e-journals 40% agree are using the web-science is familiar with this database. ICT skill 100% research scholar aware about the Internet. Using the search techniques for the search used by research scholars 40% use simple search, and 25 % of research scholars use the Boolean search techniques in search of documents. Types of using the Internet connection 40% of users use the WIFI and mobile Data, 20% use a data card and, LAN Connection, Social media digital information literacy 100% of research scholars use WhatsApp, 70 % Facebook, 40% Twitter and Blogs.
