Online Published on 04 August, 2023. Abstract The posterior abdominal wall of the human body has the Psoas group of muscles, including major, minor and accessorius. Amongst these, the Psoas major is the only consistent muscle. During dissection of the posterior abdominal wall, the presence of psoas minor muscle was observed on the right side.
