Abstract In today's rapidly changing complex society, Spiritual Quotient (SQ) is becoming an important factor in the individual life for health, wellbeing, and improving the quality of life for leading a successful life. Spiritual intelligence simplifies, interchanges the mind and body as well as reason and emotion. SQ gives us our moral sense, our ability to temper rigid rules with understanding and compassion and an equal ability to see when compassion and understanding have their limits. All of us use Spiritual Quotient to battle with questions of good and evil and to envision unrealized possibilities to vision, to hope, and to raise ourselves. Thus, spiritual quotient is being known as best measure of success both in professional and personal life. By analyzing the existing research work and articles, the present paper makes an attempt to expand the knowledge base on SQ as a pathway to health and wellbeing for leading a successful quality of life.
