Abstract Health services are the service that consists of medical professionals, organization and health care workers who provide medical care to those in need for the purpose of promoting, maintaining or restoring health. The objective of the study is to find the utilization of health services among older adult of age 60 and above. A descriptive cross-sectional research design is adopted for the study. Total 52 respondent were selected by using non probability convenience sampling method was used for the study. Data were collected by structured interview schedule. The obtained data were entered in Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 and analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The study findings reveal that 80.8% of the respondents utilized the health services and 19.2% of the respondents did not utilized health services. The study concluded that nearly one-fourth of the participants did not utilize the health services. To improve the utilization of health services various health educational programs, health camps should be organized by health administrator and concerned authority in order to encourage the older adult to utilize health services.
