An empirical study on swatch bharat (Clean India mission) in the area of chennai Sri S.P.Lathika1, Student 1Saveetha School of Law, Saveetha University, Chennai. Abstract This paper discusses three aspects of swatch Bharat, first discuss about the constitutional provision in view of citizen right and duty of state to enact or enforce scheme or law for cleanliness.
