Abstract There are about 150 sugar mills in Maharashtra, sugar mills in Maharashtra and sugar mills in Kamataka, Andhra, Gujarat states require a total of 12 to 14 lakh sugarcane workers, out of which at least 8 lakh sugarcane workers are supplied from Beed district. The rest of the laborers go from the talukas of the district which are close to Beed district. Eg-All talukas of Jalna district, Renapur taluka of Latur district, Pathari taluka of Parbhani district are provided from the location. There are two types of workers among sugarcane workers. Carriage workers and Koyata workers. Carriage workers stay at the factory site with their own bullock carts and carry the produce near the factory in their carts. Another type of these laborers is known as Koyata. When considering the problems of women sugarcane workers, many incidents cannot be ignored.
