Online published on 22 February, 2013. Abstract In this paper we obtain a radiating dyon solution in (n+2)dimensional spherically spacetime. We discuss the nature of the singularity by analyzing the equation of the outgoing radial null geodesics. It is found that singularities in higher-dimensional spacetimes are naked. And final fate of gravitational collapse of radiating dyon solution is independent of choice of equation. Thus we generalize our previous studies to the case of (n+2)-dimensional spherical spacetimes and will show that previous results for gravitational collapse, obtained in four-dimensional spacetimes are also valid in (n+2)-dimensional spacetimes.
