Abstract

Infrastructure and Learning Resources are the backbone for academic excellence. Infrastructure should cater to the need of the hour. Each faculty requires a learning resource to enhance the quality of teaching and research. All the resources should have easy access. Six Sigma Quality Strategy can be applied to identify the requirement particulars of learning resources at that time. The present article focuses its attention on the application of Six Sigma concept in Infrastructure and Learning Resources in Higher Educational Institutions to achieve quality enhancement.
