Online published on 1 May, 2018. Abstract Science is one of those human activities that man has created to gratify certain human needs and desires. The search of truth became the dominant motive in the prosecution of science. Science is valued mostly for its practical advantages though it is also valued for gratifying disinterested curiosity and as an object of great aesthetic charm. It is quite obvious that the mankind value science chiefly for the practical advantages it brings with it. Science helps to understand nature and nature is everything that is not made by man. In order to understand nature, science establishes laws, facts, observation, inferences, experiments, etc (NCERT, 2006). Investigator has selected the various concepts of science for the present study. Moreover, Investigator believes that different topics of different subjects should be taught using the most appropriate method among all the available methods and available infrastructural facilities. There is the new syllabus in Science after the introduction of Semester system in Standard IX and no study has been carried out on it and therefore the investigator is carrying out her research work in Standard IX and so the investigator had selected Standard IX for the conducting the present study. It is necessary to make science subject interesting, meaningful and applicable. Thus, clear understanding any topic in the syllabus is very necessary at this level otherwise it may lead to confusion and boredom in higher stages of education. And so the investigator in the present study will use multimedia package for the practical implication of Science in Standard IX in Vadodara city. The investigator had selected Vadodara city as the place for study as it is more convenient and feasible to conduct the study for the investigator and so the investigator had chosen Vadodara city for her study.
