Growth and yield potential study on tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum L.) hybrids at pithoragarh conditions Biswas V.R., Tiwari N.C., Kumar Narendra Defence Agricultural Research Laboratory Pithoragarh - 262 501, India Abstract Among the nineteen different hybrids of tomato evaluated in field conditions at Pithoragarh (India) the hybrid DARL-304 recorded the highest yield i.e. 419.15 q/ha followed by DARL-303 (385.00 q/ha) which may be recommended as most suitable nenotypes for the central Himalayan conditions.
