The various factors identified related to non compliance are knowledge 18%,lifestyle 38% and easily accessible health care facilities 35% and medication adherence 68%.The findings of the study was associated with selected demographic variables and there was a statistically significant association between health care facilities and rural population in regard to non compliance (P< 0.001).
