The findings of this study revealed that six of variables statistically influenced customers’ decisions to buy a laptop at Metta company, name all the six Price and payment conditions, Brand, Design, Technical characteristics, The ability to connect and mobile, After-sales Service. This study provides useful information to the managers in understanding factors affecting customers’ decisions to buy a laptop.
