Analysis of relationship among organizational multiple intelligences in Iranian teacher education centers

Abstract

The purpose of present research was to analysis of relationship among organizational multiple intelligences in Iranian teacher education centers. Multiple intelligences are vision, systematic, Contextual; social and pedagogical intelligence. Present study uses a correlation research method. The statistical population of research includes all of the faculty members of Iranian teacher education centers during 2008–2009 academic year. The sample consist of 200 faculty members who were selected through random cluster multistage sampling. The data gathered by five researcher made questionnaires that was designed on the basis of organizational multiple intelligences theory. The reliability of Social intelligence questionnaire was 0.843, Contextual intelligence 0.873, Pedagogical intelligence 0.866, Vision intelligence 0.86, Systematic intelligence, 0.83 construct validity confirmed with factor analysis method. For statistical test uses path analyses. The findings indicate that vision intelligence has had the greatest effects and after systematic and social intelligences have had direct and total Effects on pedagogical intelligence. But contextual intelligence only has had indirect effect on pedagogical intelligence. Vision intelligence has had an indirect effect on contextual and social intelligence. Also systematic intelligence has had direct and indirect effects on pedagogical and social intelligence.
