Risk management in Football Stadiums of Iran

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate status of risk management in Iran football stadiums. The research method was descriptive and a type survey research. Target population included total of Football stadium managers and sample research was stadium managers that in it stadium is playing the super league of football and it was 50 managers. The research instrument has been two questionnaires: risk management questionnaire and demographic questionnaire that calculated reliability coefficient of Ruder-Richardson method (α=877.). It also used data analyses of descriptive statistic methods. In this study, for investigate status of risk management in Iran football stadiums, used from ten Index of risk management. The results showed that the Stadiums haven't the proper status of perspective of risk management. The based on Results of the study suggest that stadium managers should have a fundamental knowledge of risk management and sports law in order to provide safer stadium environment for all spectators.
