The Role of National Culture on Organizational Culture

Abstract

Culture can be considered as one of the fundamental elements in each social network including cultural values and moral believes engendering social solidarity. Culture can materialize social unification via dynamic link among the members of the society and mutual intelligibility. Thus culture can be multifaceted engendering national solidarity, social monitoring, and psychological support. Due to the significance of the values and cultural believes in shaping every single individual characteristic, the process is more tangible in the process of organizational promotion and social institute. The researches reveal that national culture is effective on personal behavior, organizational operation, motivation, creativity, individual drive, discipline, and sacrifice. Regarding the most remarkable duties of the managers in forming and leading the organizations in terms of national culture, managers should put more emphasis on the effective culture combined with the cultural support to raise the organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
