The model allows for shortages. Additionally, it demonstrates how the cubic demand function is convex and produces the optimal outcome. The convexity of this model is depicted graphically in three dimensions. In order to confirm the model, an illustration is made. The findings of a sensitivity analysis of the optimal solution with regard to the key variables were provided. Top Keywords Deterioration, Cubic demand, Shortages, Total inventory cost. Top |
