A note on a characterization of weakly tripotent rings Pandey S. K. Dept. of Mathematics, Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Vigyan Nagar-342037, Jodhpur (Rajasthan), E-mail: skpandey12@gmail.com AMS Subject classification: 16U99, 16E50, 16W10 Online Published on 09 December, 2022. Abstract In this paper we prove that if R is a weakly tripotent ring without non-trivial central nilpotent elements of even characteristic not exceeding eight, then the characteristic of R need not be two and R/J(R) need not be Boolean. These findings improve the results of existing mathematical literature [1]. Top Keywords Weakly tripotent ring, Jacobson radical, Boolean ring. Top | | |
