Abstract

Many theoretical queue models with applications, which are helpful in our daily life, have been developed by researchers in last few years. In the present paper modeling of queue network with two servers in series is done in stochastic environment. The customer's impatient behavior has been discussed. Feedback is also allowed at most once for the customer's satisfaction. Probability generating function has been used for the solution of differential difference equations. Behavior of partial queue lengths and mean queue length has been discussed with the increase in service rate, arrival rate and reneging rate. Graphical analysis is also done to understand the situation easily. A particular case has been discussed at the end which compares the utilization of servers with feedback and without feedback.
