Aim and Scope

The TNNMC Journal of Nursing Education and Administration is the official Journal of the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council. The aim of this journal is dedicated to advance knowledge and disseminate research findings that are directly relevant to the practice of nursing education and nursing administration in health care settings. The journal is released biannually, with ISSN No.:2332-0295 (print version). The Journal will give publication priority to original research articles over review articles. Journal Manuscripts are peer reviewed by at least two referees and/or Associate Editors are expert in the field of the submitted paper.

Scope of the Journal of Nursing Education and Administration are:

• Supports sharing of data and information to strengthen evidence based practices.
• Serves as a platform to disseminate knowledge and share best practices
• Publishes articles on all aspects of nursing education, nursing administration including policy, ethical issues, quality, patient safety and nursing care systems
