Abstract

This paper refers to the data bases applications, Business data always growth from kilo byte, mega byte, giga byte, tera byte, peta byte, and so far there is no way to avoid this increasing rate of data till business still running.. Because of this issue, data base tuning is critical part of a information system. A data base application is a computer program, where it's primary purpose is to allocation and de-allocation or entering and retrieving information from a computerized database. First data bases applications were accounting systems and airline reservations systems, such as SABRE, used database application in 1957. The modern characteristic of database application is to facilitate simultaneous update and queries from multiple users. Most of the systems in 1970s has accommodated by having an each user in front of a 3270 terminal to a main frame computers. By the mid of 1980–1989, it has become a common to give a personal computer to a each user and programs running on that pc that connected to a database server, in that information would be pulled out from a database, and transmitted over a network. A data base application with a web interface has an advantage that it can be used on multiple devices of different sizes, with different hardware, and with different operating systems such as IOS, LINUX, WINDOWS, UNIX etc.
