Abstract A field experiment was carried out in nematode sick plot to evaluate bio-agents-Pseudomonas fluorescens and Trichoderma viride, organic amendment-Neem cake and cultural-Incorporation of Mustard crop 15 days before planting and Inter crop with marigold as management practices, for their efficacy against Meloidogyne incognita on patchouli cv. Cimshreshta. The results of the trial on efficacy of different treatments on plant parameters viz., plant height, number of leaves, shoot weight, root weight, root length and yield of patchouli. Among all the treatments P. fluorescens was found effective in managing nematode population and recorded maximum plant height and more number of leaves were observed (89.06 cm and 143.38 leaves), maximum root length (21.45 cm), maximum fresh shoot and dry shoot weight(56.92 g and 19.64 g), the maximum fresh root and dry root weight (10.75 g and 04.21 g) and maximum leaf yield per plot was recorded in plants treated with P. fluorescens (04.64 Kg).
