The experiment was conducted to study the “Effect of plant growth regulators on flowering, fruit set, fruit yield and quality of red guava (Psidium guajava L.)” during the year 2013–14 at the Horticultural Research Farm, Department of Horticulture, B.A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University, Anand (Gujarat). The experiment was framed in Randomized Block Design replicated thrice with ten treatments. In the light of the results obtained from this investigation, it can be concluded that NAA 400 mg/l is found beneficial for getting higher fruit yield, net realization, cost benefit ratio and quality parameters viz., total soluble solids, vitamin C, reducing sugar, non-reducing sugar and total sugar of fruits in red guava.
