During the investigation carried out on effect of pre-harvest spray of different chemicals and growth regulators, the pre-harvest spray undertaken with carbendazim 1000 PPM + maleic hydrazide 2500 PPM +streptocycline200 PPM was found most superior treatment than the other treatments under experimentation. further the pre-harvest spray with this chemical and prescribed concentration, minimum PLW (11.88%), sprouting (5.60%), black mould (6.00%) and rotting (5.92%) were recorded when the observations was taken every 20 days of interval upto 120 days of storage.
